Additional information about rental rates

• To secure your booking a deposit of £150 / US $250 is payable. This will then be treated as your security deposit (and is in addition to the full rental cost) which will be returned to you as soon as possible after your holiday assuming that our management company have confirmed that there has been no loss / damage at the property. Payment of the full rental charge is payable 10 weeks prior to the rental commencement date.
  A charge of £50 / US $75 will be made for cleaning for all bookings of less than 7 days. Optional cleaning is available during your stay and is charged at £50 / $75 per clean (please advise when booking if required).
  We can accept payments via the PayPal system.

The swimming pool can be heated when necessary (usually October - March). The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, patio furniture (including comfortable sun beds / chairs), a private double garage and additional parking for two cars and is maintained by our efficient local property management company who are just a phone call away. The property is fully insured and licensed to comply with Florida State laws.

We had a lovely holiday, the villa was very nice and clean and everything I expected. I had to call the management company about the temperature in the hot tub. I called on Sunday morning and he arrived within 15 minutes. A very pleasant gentlemen. i would recommend it to our clients if anyone needs to rent. it actually was a pleasant experience since we usually stay in one of the hotels.

Definitely exceeded expectations. between us [our party], we've stayed in about ten Florida villas over the past ten years and yours was one of the tidiest and best value for money. The villa was tidy, nicely decorated and obviously well maintained and cared for. I would have no hesitations about booking this villa again or recommending it to anyone.

We have had a fantastic holiday starting with a beautiful house to arrive to. This home is everything we hoped it would be from the description. It is well designed with comfort in mind and with a family of six space and comfort are a premium. The house is well looked after, very clean, the swimming pool was a perfect size to swim in and had a good size shallow end for younger children. Hamilton Reserve is a very quiet attractive estate ideally located for shops, petrol stations and theme parks everything was in easy reach. The owners were very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for eating out and directions. We would recommend this house to family and friends. We stayed for 3 weeks and would have stayed longer if we could. We have been to Florida a number of times and this house will always be our first choice in the future.

Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Sightseeing

Ausgezeichnet zum Erholen nach den anstrengenden Disney Parks - sehr zentrale Lage (192 Straße) zum Shopen, sehr sauber und gepflegt, Küche und sämtliche Zimmer gut ausgestattet!!!!

Thank you for letting us have an amazing holiday in your villa it is absolutely beautiful and made the holiday so special and homely. We had a brilliant time at the parks, only having two days off we really made the most of it. We will be back in about another 6 years when your youngest is old enough to enjoy it this time, she's only 8 months. Hopefully your villa will still be there to rent as we would defiantly want to go back there. Once again thank you for everything.
